Healy was developed in Germany by Marcus Schmieke, the inventor of "Information Field Technology" and the TimeWaver Systems, in cooperation with an international team of doctors, scientists and engineers. After ten successful years with TimeWaver it was his desire to make the TimeWaver systems (16 patents) and the frequency support protocols accessible to everyone.
